Udaipur was established on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya on the advice of Nath Baba, it is the first choice of tourists from all over the world.

Historian Chandrashekhar Sharma tells that in the year 1559, Maharana Udai Singh of Udaipur had laid the foundation of the city at the behest of Eknath Baba. Construction of the City Palace of Udaipur started at the same place, which is today the second largest royal palace in India. Construction work of lakes also started around the city. Akshaya Tritiya is considered as Akshaya which never ends. Wealth remains full of blessings. The Aravali valleys surrounding the city make it even more beautiful.
