According to AIG Apoorva Pandey, the person caught with American dollars has been identified as Korean citizen Jang Jong Choi. He was to leave for Bangkok on Thai Airways flight TG-332. Before he could succeed in his plans, he was caught by the intelligence of CISF Intelligence Profilers.
