I learned and took the information myself and lost weight at home. During the lockdown my weight had increased to around 73 kg. I have reduced my weight by 22 kg to 51 kg. How did the weight loss start?

There was no specific reason for losing weight, but since childhood, I was worried about my health and felt that I had to do something. Earlier I used to get tired very quickly and was not active at all. The eating habits and lifestyle were very bad. During the lockdown, I felt that it was important to focus on my fitness.

I start my day with a morning drink. For this, I add ginger to 200 grams of water and boil it. I mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in it, squeeze one lemon and mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in it. This helps me to strengthen my digestive system.

I did not follow the special meal plan. I ate simple home-made food. Replaced your unhealthy meals with healthy meals. Include more proteins and vegetables in your diet. Reduce oil and fat intake. Apart from this, consumed more things rich in fiber. My diet consists of rice, chickpeas, salad and curd. With this I get all the things like protein, fiber and carbs.

I did not join the gym to lose weight. I started with a 15-minute walk in the park near home and increased it to an hour. When my stamina started increasing, I started cycling after a month. I used to cycle 40 kilometers every day. After that did rope jumping, body weight training and gymnastics.

I cycled a lot during the lockdown, which benefited me. This helped me lose weight quickly. I used to wake up at 4 in the morning and ride my bicycle. Gradually my body got used to it.

After two months, my weight started decreasing and my clothes also started becoming loose. I started feeling good from inside. I started feeling energetic.
