Delhi School Admission 2024: When will class 11 admission be held in government schools of Delhi? The schedule has arrived

Delhi Government School Non Plan Admission 2024 Class 11: The online registration process for Class 11 in Delhi government schools will start from May 22 on edudel.nic.in. Delhi Education Directorate will conduct admissions in government and government-aided schools under ‘Non-Plan Admission’. Admission will be held in three phases – from 22 May to 7 June, from 1 July to 10 July. In the first phase, the list will be released on June 18. The list will be released in the second phase on 22 July and in the third phase on 20 August.

In the first phase, admissions will be held from June 19 to June 29 with verification of documents. The second phase of admissions will be held from July 23 to July 31 and the third phase from August 21 to August 31.

Delhi Govt School Admission 2024 Class 11: What is the eligibility?

  • Those students who have passed class 10 from any board can apply for class 11. Students who have passed 10th from a government school or government aided school of the Directorate of Education cannot apply for these seats.
  • The age requirement of 15 years and below 17 years will be applicable. However, students will get relaxation of one year, provided class 10 is passed from a recognized board and there is no gap year.
  • Principal can give minimum age relaxation of 6 months and maximum age relaxation of 4 years to disabled students.

Delhi 11th Admission 2024 Eligibility: Science, Arts, Commerce

Must have 55% in Class 10 for Science (Maths and without Maths) stream. For with Maths, the minimum score in Maths should be 50% and without Maths, the minimum score should be 40%.

There is a minimum requirement of 50% in English and Science. For Commerce (with and without Maths), a student with at least 50% score (at least 45% in English, 50% in Maths and 45% in Social Science) can apply. The minimum requirement for appearing in Maths is 50% marks in Maths.

Pass student can apply for Humanities. At least 45% score is required for Economics and at least 50% score in Maths is required. There is a relaxation of 5% in this eligibility for reserved category students.
