FIR lodged against Sharad Kapoor, woman accuses him/her of misbehavior and touching her inappropriately

Big news is coming out related to famous actor Sharad Kapoor for ‘Josh’, ‘LOC Kargil’, ‘Lakshya’ and other films. A case has been registered against him/her for allegedly misbehaving with a woman and touching her inappropriately. According to Khar police in Mumbai, the 32-year-old woman has filed the case. Describing the incident in detail, the victim alleged that Sharad Kapoor had invited her to his/her house, during which he/she tried to misbehave with her and forcibly touched her inappropriately.

The woman came in contact through Facebook

The victim told that she came in contact with Sharad Kapoor through Facebook, after which she talked to him/her through video call. Sharad tells them that he/she wants to meet them to talk about the shooting. After this he/she sent his/her location through phone. he/she was asked to come to the office in Khar, but on reaching there he/she came to know that it was not his/her office but his/her home.

Sharad asked to come to the bedroom

When she reached the house situated on the third floor of the building, a person opened the door and from inside Sharad called out and asked her to come to his/her bedroom. In the evening, Sharad sent a WhatsApp message to the woman and used abusive language. The victim narrated the entire incident to one of her friends, who then reached the nearby Khar police station and lodged a complaint against the actor.

No statement has been issued by the actor regarding the incident. An FIR has been registered against Sharad Kapoor under sections 74 (assault or criminal force to a woman), 75 (sexual harassment) and 79 (insulting the dignity of a woman) of the Indian Judicial Code.
