  • 500 grams curd
  • one teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 100 grams boondi
  • finely chopped fresh coriander
  • dry mint powder

First of all, you have to beat the curd in a bowl or earthen vessel until it becomes creamy. Now add red chilli powder, salt and water and mix. After adding chopped fresh coriander and dry mint powder, mix well. After mixing all the things, you have to add boondi in raita.

The taste changes as soon as Diya is added to Sanna Raita. Actually you will have to apply tadka with the help of lamp. For this, take a small lamp and put mustard oil in it.
