When a man came to the Supreme Court hearing wearing a ‘vest’, the judge got angry and threw him/her out

New Delhi: A shocking incident has come to light from the country’s highest court, the Supreme Court. During the hearing in court number 11 of the court, a person appeared during the proceedings wearing a ‘vest’. Seeing the appearance of the person, Justice BV Nagarathna got angry and ordered him/her to leave immediately. According to the information, the hearing was going on in Court No. 11 of the apex court. During the hearing, people associated with both the parties were connected through video conferencing. During this time, a person joined the proceedings wearing a vest. When the judges saw this, they got angry. Justice BV Nagarathna asked who has joined wearing a vest? Justice Dipankar Sharma asked whether this person is associated with any party or someone else?

After this, Justice Nagarathna ordered the court master to take the man out. he/she said, ‘Take him/her out, remove him/her. How can this be done? Please remove him/her’.

…when the lawyer appeared without any conditions
It is worth noting that this is not the first such case in the Supreme Court. Earlier in the year 2020, a lawyer had joined the hearing through video conferencing without a shirt. The judge was enraged at the lawyer’s action. Justice L Nageshwar and Justice Hemant Gupta were hearing that case. The judge said what kind of behavior is this? It has been 7-8 months since the hearing started like this, yet such incidents are happening. Actually, after Corona in 2020, hearings were held in the courts through video conferencing.
