New Delhi. On the second day of IPL Auction 2025, Bihar’s Lal proved his/her mettle. At the age of just 13, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has got the contract of the world’s biggest cricket league. Vaibhav was bought by Rajasthan Royals with a bid of Rs 1.10 crore on the second day of IPL Auction 2025. Explosive opener Vaibhav has become the youngest millionaire in IPL auction history.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who comes from Samastipur, has made many records in his/her name at such a young age. he/she made his/her debut against Mumbai in the 2023-24 Ranji Trophy season at the age of 12 years and 284 days. he/she is the youngest player to debut in Ranji. During this period, he/she broke the records of veteran Yuvraj Singh and Sachin Tendulkar, who had entered Ranji at the age of 15 years 57 days and 15 years 230 days respectively.

Suryavanshi recently scored 104 runs on 62 balls against Australia in the Youth Test series in Chennai. he/she became the youngest player to score a century in the 170-year history of competitive cricket. Apart from this, he/she also made the record of fastest century at youth level. his/her century in 52 balls was the second fastest century at this level. Before him/her is the name of England’s Moeen Ali, who achieved this feat in 56 balls.

Left-handed batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi was at number 491 in the list of shortlisted players for the IPL auction. he/she was included in the category of uncapped players (UBA9). In which his/her name was among the players of the 68th set. Vaibhav has amazing temperament and skills.
