Priya is an IT Project Manager, Mental Health Coach and Grand Holder of Miss World International 2022. Priya’s weight once used to be 70 kg. But he/she worked on himself and lost 15 kg in a very short time.

Priya is one of those women who faced body shaming from her husband. Her journey of weight loss is a big lesson for every women who is a victim of body shaming.

Gradually, Priya decided to change herself. he/she started doing yoga and exercise. In 2020, Priya decided to take part in a beauty pageant. For this he/she needed a 360-degree transformation. he/she not only had to be physically fit, but also had to be mentally strong.

In her weight loss journey, Priya focused on high-intensity interval training, strength training and mobility exercises. High intensity interval training works on heart rate, your heart becomes stronger and fat loss also happens very quickly. I like doing weight training very much because it helps in losing fat and increasing muscle mass.

I used to take protein diet and sometimes liquid diet also. During my protein diet, I used to have milk shake in the morning and sometimes if I had to eat carbs, I used to make oats. In the evening I used to have two almonds and walnuts along with green tea. At night she had either chicken soup or grilled chicken or fish. My cheat day was not fixed. I used to eat whenever I had a craving.
