  • In the year 2015, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Bangladesh. During this time, he/she assured Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina that he/she would find a proper solution to the sharing of Teesta river water. But till now no solution has been found to this issue.
