The 53-year-old businessman talked about the time when he lost his job, which became the worst time of his life. After this, he also shared how he dealt with the period of anxiety and panic at that time. Anupam said, ’25 years ago I lost my job in America, I was in huge debt and it was the worst time of my life. That’s when I had my first panic attack and it’s the worst thing ever. Many people do not understand mental health issues but it is very important. Anxiety and fear are okay but not panic attacks. It feels like the walls are falling on you and you want to end everything.’
