Shahrukh Khan is planning to increase the height of ‘Mannat’, Gauri Khan has sought permission from the authority.

Shahrukh Khan is busy preparing to make his/her ‘Mannat’ even more luxurious and beautiful. Shahrukh’s bungalow has become a tourist destination for those visiting Mumbai, the actor is planning to increase its height. It is reported that the actor’s wife Gauri Khan has given an application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) only last month, in which permission has been sought to increase a few more floors above. Shahrukh’s ‘Mannat’ may please the world It may seem Bengali, but the actor probably doesn’t think so. This house seems small to them now and now they are busy preparing to make it bigger. It has been told that in Gauri Khan’s application, permission has been given to build two more floors above ‘Mannat’ i.e. seventh and eighth floor.

MCZMA included this application of Gauri Khan in the agenda of the meeting.

It is reported that MCZMA had included this application of Gauri Khan in the agenda of the meeting held on 10 and 11 December. However, it is not clear in this application for what purpose the Khan family wants to use these two new floors.

About Rs 25 crores spent on building two floors

It is being said that the cost of making it will be around Rs 25 crore. Let us tell you that this ‘Mannat’ worth about 200 crores was built in 1914 itself, whose area is about 27,000 square feet. This luxurious mansion has 6 floors.

The real name was ‘Villa Vienna’

The real name of ‘Mannat’ was ‘Villa Vienna’. It was a huge bungalow owned by a Parsi family and it had a large and beautiful garden. Subsequently, in the 1990s, Villa Vienna was bought by a real estate firm, which initially wanted to sell the bungalow not to Shahrukh Khan but to Salman Khan.

Earlier Salman had received the offer to buy ‘Mannat’.

Salman Khan once told that he/she was first offered to buy ‘Mannat’. Since this was the beginning of his/her career, Salman’s father refused to buy him/her such a big house. Then later, it was bought by Shahrukh Khan in 2001.

The nameplate of ‘Mannat’ also made a lot of headlines

Apart from the house, the nameplate of ‘Mannat’ also made a lot of headlines. Some reports said that the nameplate was studded with diamonds as it glowed in the dark. However, Gauri Khan, who designed the nameplate under her banner, clarified the matter through a social media post. he/she said that the main gate of your house is the entry point for your family and friends. Therefore the nameplate attracts positive energy. he/she told that hence he/she chose something transparent with glass crystals which gives a positive, progress and calm vibe. The new radium nameplate in Mannat glowed in the evening. According to the report, it was designed by Gauri Khan and it was studded with diamonds worth around Rs 25 lakh. However, it was removed after a month.

The world of grandeur and grandeur inside ‘Mannat’

It is said that there is a world of grandeur and splendor inside ‘Mannat’. Rare artefacts and antiques from around the world are housed here, including a Marilyn Monroe statue. Mannat has six uniquely designed bedrooms, the master suite with a balcony offering breath-taking ocean views. Besides its white exterior decorated with Gothic-style windows, there is a lush green garden.
