In the match played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, RCB successfully defended its score of 187 runs. This is RCB’s sixth win in 13 matches. With this victory, RCB’s chances of reaching the playoffs have increased to about 35 percent. This is Delhi’s seventh defeat in thirteen matches. Delhi Capitals has 12 points. RCB has to play one more match in the league stage. She can reach 14 points by winning her last match. This is RCB’s fifth consecutive win. With this win, RCB has reached fifth place. While chasing the target of 188 runs from RCB, the team of Delhi Capitals (RCB vs DC) collapsed for 140 runs in 19.1 overs. David Warner and Jake Fraser McGurk started the innings for Delhi. Earlier, with Rajat Patidar’s half-century, RCB scored 187 runs for 9 wickets. Apart from playing an inning of 52 runs in 32 balls with three sixes and three fours, Patidar also made a partnership of 88 runs for the third wicket with Will Jacques (41 runs in 29 balls, three fours, two sixes). Cameron Green finally scored unbeaten 32 runs in 24 balls. For Delhi, Rasikh Salam (23/2) and Khalil Ahmed (31/1) took two wickets each.
