How to do Vrikshasana
- First of all, stand straight on both your feet.
- Now take a deep breath and while maintaining balance, lift your straight leg and place it on the thigh of the opposite leg.
- Place the straight leg on the opposite leg in such a way that the toes are facing downwards.
- Now keep your hands straight and raise them up and keep them in line with your shoulders.
- After this, take your hands above your head and join them in namaskar position.
- Hold the pose while taking deep breaths from time to time.
- After this, while taking a deep breath, bring your hands down to the same position as before.Repeat the same process with the other leg.
What are the benefits of Vrikshasana

As the name suggests, Vrikshasana means standing like a tree. If you want to calm your disturbed mind or want to bring stability in the body, then Vrikshasana is a very beneficial yoga. Let us know how beneficial Vrikshasana is for the skin.
Relaxes the face muscles
