Now there is no problem on LAC, do not spread false news… Indian Army’s strict comment on fake media reports

New Delhi: The Indian Army issued a statement on Thursday saying that there is no hindrance in the ongoing disengagement process on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) between India and China. Both countries had agreed on October 21 to resolve tensions along the LAC in eastern Ladakh. With this agreement, an important step has been taken towards ending the four-year-long military standoff. The Army clarified in a post on social media platform X that disengagement in Depsang and Demchok has been completed and as per the agreement. The plan is moving forward. The Army also rejected the media reports in which something else was being claimed. The Army urged responsible journalism and said that misleading or unverified information should not be spread on such a sensitive issue.

Indian Army wrote on social media Plate But the truth is that the army has withdrawn from Depsang and Demchok. Whatever was decided on October 21 is being implemented. This also includes resuming patrolling at old places. There has been no hindrance in this work from either India or China.

Government said- confirm the news

The government has appealed to the media to verify such sensitive news before publishing it. Media should not print such news without thinking which can spread misunderstanding. The government says that some media persons are publishing news without facts, which is not correct.
