Patna. If you are thinking of traveling by train between May 5 and May 8, then definitely check the train timing and route. This is because the timings and routes of many trains have been changed. Now all these trains will run on changed timings and routes. Non-interlocking work is to be done for yard remodeling at Kishanganj station in Bihar. For this reason this change has been made for a week. If you want to go to Ujjain, a special train is going to run from Patna on 3rd May.

Due to the ongoing yard interlocking work in Kishanganj, the routes and timings of trains whose routes have been changed include trains like Patna-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express, Mahananda and Capital Express.

Here’s the new timing
Train No. 22234 Patna-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express will depart from Patna Junction at 15:15 pm instead of 13:00 pm on May 5 and will also reach different stations late.
– On May 8, train number 22234 Patna New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express will leave from Patna Junction at 13:30 instead of 13:00 noon.

-On 03 May, a special train is being run between Jaynagar to Ujjain via Patna Junction. Train No. 09178 Jaynagar-Ujjain Special will leave from Jaynagar on Friday, May 3 at 21.30 pm and will reach Ujjain at 06.30 pm on Sunday, stopping at Patna Junction.

Route of these trains changed
Train number 15484 Delhi-Alipurduar Mahananda Express, which was scheduled to leave from Delhi on 6th May, will now go via the changed route Alubari Road, New Jalpaiguri, Siliguri. This train will not go to Thakurganj and Bagdogra stations.

– Train number 13248 Rajendra Nagar Terminal Kamakhya Capital Express, which will start from Rajendra Nagar Terminal on 6th May, will go to New Jalpaiguri via the changed route Alubari Road. This train will also not go to Thakurganj and Bagdogra stations.

-On May 7, train number 15483 Mahananda Express running from Alipurduar will go via Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri, Kishanganj on the changed route. This will also remain canceled at Bagdogra and Thakurganj stations.

Timings of these trains changed
-On May 6, train number 15484 Delhi Alipurduar Mahananda Express will depart from Delhi at 10:35 am instead of 07:35 am.

-On May 8, train number 15483 Mahananda Express running from Alipurduar will leave from Alipurduar at 13:30 pm instead of 10:30 am.

-On May 7, train number 13247 Kamakhya Rajendra Nagar Terminal Capital Express running from Kamakhya will leave from Kamakhya at 08:00 am instead of 05:35 am.
