‘Kartam Bhugatam’ could not do any harm to ‘Srikanth’, Shreyas Talpade’s film flopped on the first day itself.

Shreyas Talpade and Vijay Raj’s ‘Kartam Bhugatam’, released at the box office on Friday, has flopped badly on the very first day. Apart from Hindi, this film has also been released in Tamil and Telugu. But sadly it could not earn even Rs 20 lakh on the opening day. On the other hand, Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Srikanth’, which spread smiles in theatres, has maintained its earning momentum even on the 8th day. But the biggest loss has been suffered by ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’. The director of ‘Srikanth’ is Tushar Hiranandani. This is the biopic of visually impaired businessman Srikant Bola. Apart from Rajkumar Rao, the film also stars Alaya F and Jyotika. According to the report of sacnilk, the film has made a net collection of Rs 1.35 crore on the 8th day at the beginning of its second week. A day earlier on Thursday, the film had earned Rs 1.40 crore. Now the total collection of the film in 8 days has reached Rs 19.20 crore.

Earnings will increase during the weekend, but don’t sweat in the heat.

The budget of ‘Srikanth’ is Rs 40 crores. Of all the films in theaters at present, this film is in the best condition. While the film has recovered almost 50% of its cost in 8 days, it is expected that the film’s earnings will increase in the second weekend. However, due to the increasing heat, the audience is reluctant to leave their homes, hence this may also affect the earnings.

‘Kartam Bhugatam’ earned only Rs 16 lakh on opening day

On the other hand, the condition of ‘Kartam Bhugatam’, which was released on Friday, is in bad shape on the very first day. This psychological thriller by Soham Shah, who has made films like ‘Kaal’, has earned only Rs 15 lakh from the Hindi version on the opening day. Whereas Tamil and Telugu together, it has earned around Rs 1 lakh. In this way, ‘Kartam Bhugatam’ has done a business of only Rs 16 lakh on the first day.

Big blow to ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’

Hollywood film ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ suffered a big loss on Friday. Till now, this film, which is ahead of ‘Srikanth’ in earnings, has not been able to earn even Rs 1 crore on the 8th day. On the 8th day, this film has done a business of only Rs 88 lakh in India. The film had earned Rs 1.60 crore on Thursday. In this way it has suffered a loss of -45% on the 8th day. ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ has collected a total of Rs 19.73 crore in India in 8 days.
