Gambhir had also kept a special condition for this. Gambhir had said that he would get married only after the World Cup. Gambhir married a cute girl named Natasha Jain in the year 2011.

Gautam Gambhir had set a condition for his marriage with Natasha Jain that he would get married only after the 2011 World Cup. Gambhir had said, “My only decision was to get married after the 2011 World Cup. We knew each other before that, but I wanted to play the 2011 World Cup. “It was my first 50-over World Cup and I really wanted to do well.” That’s exactly what happened. Both of them got married in October after the World Cup.

The marriage of Gautam Gambhir and Natasha Jain was an arranged marriage. However, after just a few meetings, both of them fell in love with each other. Gautam and Natasha’s businessman father were good friends. It was through him that the cricketer met Natasha for the first time. Initially Gautam and Natasha became friends, but after only a few meetings they fell in love with each other. Both of them decided to spend their life with each other. Both of them got engaged only after the consent of their parents and got married in Gurgaon in 2011.

Gambhir won two World Cups
Gautam Gambhir played an important role in India winning 2 World Cups. He scored a half-century in the T20 World Cup 2007. In the same ODI World Cup 2011 final, he played a match-winning inning of 97 runs. His contribution in the final match is still remembered today.
