IND vs BAN: Who did Sanju Samson give credit to after scoring a century? Said- The credit for this is only…

New Delhi. Indian wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson scored a brilliant century in the third T20 against Bangladesh. Earlier, he/she had flopped in both the T20 matches. After the match he/she also expressed his/her gratitude to the team management. he/she also gave credit for his/her century to some people. Sanju said all these things while talking to the reporter after the match.

Samson told reporters after the match, “After not opening the account in the two matches against Sri Lanka, I was a little doubtful about getting a chance in the next series. But they (coaching staff and captain) kept faith in me. I think as an Indian cricketer mentally you go through a lot, especially in this format (T20). But I have learned to deal with pressure and failures. I think the credit for this should only go to the dressing room, captain and coach who continued to support me.

Which player has the most double centuries in ODI? Not just one… scored double century 3 times

Sanju further said, “I was lucky that Gautam Bhai, Suryakumar (Yadav) and Abhishek Nair (assistant coach) had informed me three weeks in advance that I would open the innings against Bangladesh. This helped me to prepare properly. After this I went to Rajasthan Royals Academy and practiced there against the bowlers with the new ball. This helped me.”

he/she further said, ‘I understand my game well enough that I can bat at any position from number one to number six. I have the strength required to hit big shots and my timing is also good. So it’s all about preparing as per my role. When you face failures it is easy to say that I will score runs in the next match. But I know what kind of person I am. I like to succeed or fail in my own way.”
