Heart patients should not eat these 5 things even by mistake, otherwise the risk of attack may increase.

The number of heart attack patients is increasing worldwide. There can be many reasons behind this, but most of them include poor lifestyle and diet.

Many small mistakes made in diet can sometimes increase the risk of heart attack. Therefore, what heart patients eat and what they do not eat, both these things are very important. For heart patients, they should include those things in their diet which can increase cholesterol.

Fine flour

Consumption of flour is harmful for heart patients. Along with being high in calories, it increases both fat and cholesterol. Due to which the risk of heart attack also increases. Therefore, avoid eating things made from flour.

egg yolk

According to the National Institutes of Health The yellow part of the egg contains high amount of fat along with nutrients, which also increases the risk of increasing cholesterol. Therefore, heart patients should consume less amount of egg yolk. You can eat egg yolk maximum once or twice a week, and that too only the yolk of one egg.

coffee

Consuming excessive amounts of coffee can be harmful for heart patients. The caffeine present in coffee can speed up the heartbeat and increase blood pressure. Excessive coffee consumption or more than 2 cups of coffee a day increases the risk of attack in heart patients.

fruit juice

Fruit juices contain high amounts of both sugar and calories, which is not good for the heart. Therefore, heart patients should eat fruits instead of fruit juices. But also consume fruits in small quantities, such as mango.

pistachio

Pistachios are dry fruits and contain high amounts of sodium. Therefore, heart patients should consume it in less quantity. Pistachios contain high amounts of sodium, which can cause high blood pressure.
