Lakheshwar Yadav/ Janjgir-Champa: A cricket summer camp has been organized by the District Cricket Association Janjgir-Champa at the district headquarters Janjgir from April 21 at the mini stadium located in Pendri. This summer camp for cricket is free. Apart from this, breakfast is also given to the players attending the camp. If you are also fond of playing cricket then you can join this summer camp.

Rajesh Rathore of Cricket Association said that on the instructions of District Cricket Association Janjgir-Champa Secretary Padmesh Sharma, a cricket summer camp has been organized by the association in the mini stadium located in Pendri. In this summer camp, along with the children of the district headquarters, players from Akaltara, Shivrinarayan, Sakti, Baradwar are reaching the summer camp. This summer camp will last for about 1 to one and a half months. He told that the players who have not yet registered for the summer camp. They can register themselves by 30th April and participate in this summer camp. In this summer camp from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, players are being taught batting, bowling, fielding and keeping in a better way. Players matches will be organized every Saturday and Sunday. So that these players will later represent the district in the events of Under 14, Under 16, Under 19, for which the base is being prepared and all these players can get the best facilities.

Free registration for summer camp
Coach Rajesh Rathore told that this summer camp is completely free, which is being organized by the District Cricket Association. Which is the body of Chhattisgarh State Cricket Association. Which is a BCCI registered organization. Forms have been given to the players for registration in the summer camp. Along with which the player’s photo, birth certificate, residence certificate, Aadhar card and last class mark sheet will have to be submitted and submitted.

Team of veteran players for the first time in the district
A selection trial for veteran (40+ age) cricket players was organized by District Cricket Association Janjgir-Champa on 21st April from 7:00 am. 20 to 25 veteran players had appeared in this selection trial. Those players were trialled by the District Cricket Association. After the trials, a camp for veteran players will be organized from 6:30 am on April 25 at the Mini Stadium in Pendry. By preparing these players, they will get a chance to represent the team of Janjgir Champa district for the first time in the upcoming veterinary cricket competition.
