Yashpal Sharma told that I used to play Ranji cricket in the initial phase of my cricket career. Then a knockout match was going on on the ground of a company, of which Dilip Kumar was the chairman.

In the year 1978, Yashpal Sharma made his/her debut in international cricket through an ODI match against Pakistan. You must remember the 1983 World Cup.
