On this Harpreet said, “To be honest, I was never told about this. I was focusing on my work. Be it white ball cricket or red ball cricket. I was just playing. Yes, since 2019 I have not played any professional match in red ball. I have been traveling with the Ranji Trophy team for four years but I have not got a chance. I am waiting for my turn.”

Dream to play for India: Harpreet
Brar further said, “Before Ranji Trophy, we used to have selection matches. Last year I was the bowler taking the most wickets. Despite this my name was not in the list. To be honest, I did not know the reason for this. My aim now is to play for India. I have heard from many players that I can do well in Test cricket. Rahul Dravid also praised my bowling. He asked me why I am not playing in domestic cricket. I told him that I don’t know, if anyone knows you then please let me talk to them.
