Bulldozer cannot run in Parliament… Congress MP Manikam Tagore targets Modi government

New Delhi: Congress MP Manikam Tagore targeted the Modi government at the Centre. he/she said that the government does not want to listen to the voice of the opposition. The Parliamentary Affairs Minister is in the mood to run the bulldozer from the very beginning. But bulldozer cannot run in Parliament. Tagore said that the government has to understand that the opposition in the Parliament is also very strong. They will have to respect the voice of the opposition.

‘Government will have to respect the voice of the opposition’

Speaking to news agency ANI, Manikam Tagore said, ‘Modi government is not able to understand that they do not have sufficient numbers in Parliament. They have only 240 MPs and are supported by about 40 MPs from other parties. They have to understand that there is an opposition in Parliament which is equally strong and they have to respect the voice of the opposition.

‘Government does not want talks with the opposition’

Taking aim at the central government, Tagore said, ‘They are not ready to respect the voice of the opposition, they want to suppress things with bulldozers, they do not want to have any kind of talks with the opposition. The Parliamentary Affairs Minister is in the mood to run the bulldozer from the very beginning.

‘All opposition parties are united’

he/she further said that there is no place for bulldozers in Parliament…we will not allow it. On the winter session of Parliament, he/she said, “Bulldozers cannot run in Parliament. Opposition parties are united. Rahul Gandhi is working together with opposition leaders. We are all together…”
