A few days ago, Kartik Aaryan rented his/her Juhu apartment for around Rs 18 crore. Now actor Ajay Devgan has recently rented his/her commercial office space in Andheri, Mumbai to director Kabir Khan. According to the latest report of Square Yards, Kabir Khan Entertainment will pay Rs 7 lakh per month as rent for this property. The lease and license agreement will be finalized in the month of September itself. According to the report of Square Yards, stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh was paid for the transaction. Located in Signature Tower on Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara, this office is spread over 3,455 square feet. It also has three parking lots. A deposit of Rs 30 lakh has been deposited for a 60-month lease. Let us tell you that Ajay Devgan and Kajol have many properties in Signature Tower.
