Abhijeet Bhattacharya broke his/her silence on the advice given to not sing at the wedding, told what he/she meant

Abhijeet Bhattacharya, one of the most popular singers of the 90s, who did playback for almost every big star including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, recently got caught in a controversy. The singer had made such a statement about singing at weddings, after which he/she had an argument with Neha Kakkar on the show ‘Superstar Singer 3’. Now the singer has reacted to this. Actually, singer Milind Gaba had shared a video in the month of May. In this, Abhijeet Bhattacharya had arrived as a guest on the reality show ‘Superstar Singer 3’. Where he/she had made a sarcastic remark about singing at weddings. And when Neha Kakkar said something on that, he/she folded his/her hands. Salman Ali was standing on the stage. Abhijeet had said angrily, ‘Gave any money and started singing at the wedding. In that, the status gets reduced. I have status, I say that I will not sing. There is a huge difference between singing for Rs 1 crore and rejecting Rs 1 crore. That is what I am teaching.’

On this, Neha Kakkar said that no work is small or big. You earn with your hard work and hard work can be earned in any way. Singing at a wedding is not a bad thing. Fans like you. Along with this, Milind Gaba shared another video in which Abhijeet was performing in a school. he/she was also singing at a wedding. After which the singer folded his/her hands and did not say anything.

Abhijeet Bhattacharya clarified the matter of singing at the wedding

Abhijeet Bhattacharya explained the meaning of his/her words in an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla. When he/she was asked that he/she had advised a young singer that he/she should not sing at weddings, Abhijeet said, ‘If I tell someone that he/she should not sing, who am I telling that to? That you should not become a part of that dish, which people will not eat. You should make your own when people are coming for you.’

The singer also talked about his/her experience of not singing in a restaurant. he/she further said, ‘Because I said I have never performed in a restaurant till now. When I went to the restaurant, I saw a woman performing there. At that time, there were no 500 rupee notes. People used to give 50 and 100 rupee notes. And she used to put the notes as a tip inside her blouse. While her co-singer was tipping her.’

Abhijeet Bhattacharya told how singers ruined themselves

Abhijeet further said, ‘I have come out of such a situation. Now I can do anything. But it is very important to protect yourself at that stage. I have seen many great singers who used to enter the restaurant, sing till 3 am, drink alcohol till 8 am, then wake up at 4 pm and start singing again. Such talented singers ruined themselves. Their voice got spoiled. So, my advice is, if you have a dream, aim high, dream of reaching such heights where people target you and say, we want this person.’
