Security forces are giving credit to solid information, accurate strategy and best timing. In the encounter that took place in Khanyar area of Srinagar on November 2, security forces had adopted a special strategy in the action against a terrorist named Usman. Terrorists attacked in Srinagar with a sense of revenge

Security agencies say that it takes some time to decode the patterns of terrorists. But, once their pattern started being decoded, then we changed our strategy and started attacking them, resulting in success. However, talking about the grenade attack in Srinagar market on Sunday, officials say that it appears to be a retaliatory attack.
Because, the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba and the Resistance Front (TRF) have suffered a major blow due to the killing of a terrorist named Usman in an encounter in Khanyar area of Srinagar on November 2.

Agencies had solid inputs about Usman

After taking training in Pakistan, Usman was active in the valley since 2016-17. he/she carried out many terrorist attacks. he/she was also involved in the murder of police inspector Masroor Wani in October last year. It was very important to kill him/her. The agencies received solid inputs regarding this, on the basis of which an accurate strategy was made. Such a plan was made that there was no scope for leakage. Then a big challenge was the barking of stray dogs while laying the fields just before carrying out the operation.

For this, best dog food and special biscuits were ordered. The security forces started feeding these biscuits to the stray dogs found on the way. All the stray dogs were given enough dog food to keep them busy eating it for some time. If any dog had barked, Osman would have been alerted. The strategy was successful and Osman was ultimately killed in the encounter. The killed terrorist Usman was the top commander of Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. he/she was also considered the right hand of TRF commander Sajjad Gul. Due to his/her killing, the back of terrorist organizations has been broken, but there is also a fear that some attacks may be carried out due to revenge.
