We fry most of the carbohydrate foods in fat, which is the most dangerous combination. he/she loved eating French fries, but had to give it up to lose weight. Because high carbohydrate foods fried in fat increase your body fat.

The YouTuber told that chicken was the main food of his/her diet. because it high protein food So, I definitely eat it in every meal. Used to drink cucumber and celery juice during lunch. Whey protein shake at 6 pm and only chicken for dinner around 8 pm. Didn’t take anything with it.

The number of grams of protein you need daily depends on the number of kilograms you weigh. Also keep in mind that your body can digest only 40 grams of protein in one meal.

Ashish did not give up his/her favorite sweets to lose weight. Used to consume them once a week also. But for this we used to reduce calories for the whole day. For himself, he/she has described these foods as good for mental health.
