  • You have to do this 5 times and then after this keep the palm of one of your hands flat on your forehead.
  • Keep in mind that the hand should be above the eyebrows and there should be a little gap in between.
  • Now after this, open your eyes completely and raise and relax your eyebrows again.
  • You have to do this 20 times.
  • After removing your hand, lift your eyebrows again. You will feel that the wrinkle lines have disappeared.
