The way to do this is very easy. First of all, lie down on your back on a yoga mat and keep your hands at the sides. Place your feet and upper torso on the ground and slowly lift your hips to form a bridge shape. Remain in this position for at least 10-15 seconds while holding your breath. Then exhale and come back to the previous posture.

To practice plank, first lie down on your stomach on a mat. Now lift the body up with the help of your elbows and toes. While doing this, keep the hands just below the shoulders and keep the entire body in a straight line. Do not raise your stomach or hips too much. Stay in this position for at least 20-30 seconds. Gradually increase this time and try to hold this position for one minute.
