World Mental Health Day is being celebrated on 10 October. Today, mental health is being talked about more than before, but still it is necessary to spread a lot of awareness. Feeling low is a sign of poor mental health. There could be lifestyle related reasons behind this.

Actually, lack of healthy food does not directly make one feel low. But if you stay away from healthy food for a long time, it can cause problems. Here healthy food means including 1 seasonal fruit, 1 plate of seasonal salad, green vegetables and 7 colors in the diet every day. Eating other grains including millets.

Take good oils (mustard, sunflower etc.), good sources of protein (lentils, soybean, gram, beans etc. and fish, eggs) so that the body gets both macro (carbohydrates, protein, fat) and micro (vitamin A, There should be no deficiency of B1 to B12, C, D, E, K and minerals: iron, magnesium, potassium etc. Due to their deficiency, energy production in the body will reduce and many types of diseases will develop. This will cause blood loss.

It has been observed that people who are deficient in Vitamin D show more symptoms of depression. However, many times the problem of feeling low after eating a sweet fruit goes away for some time.

There is only one sleep, which if we get deep and continuous sleep, then to a great extent we remain away from mental problems not only for those 7-8 hours but also remain full of energy for the next 16 to 17 hours. If we want to be positive and charged for the whole day, be it physically or mentally, then it is important that we take 7 to 8 hours of deep and continuous sleep every night, that too without medicine.

In such a situation, the thing to think about is that people who are constantly having problems with short and deep sleep and are yearning for good sleep for many months, are living a life full of stress. If this happens for a long time, they may even reach a state of depression. At the same time, it has been observed that among the people who get good and healthy sleep, the problem of feeling low is rarely seen in 70 to 80 percent of the people. The following can happen due to less sleep:

Money also gets wasted. Disease comes into the house not as a guest but as a host. Therefore, it is beneficial to stay away from such things.

However, it is normal not to be able to increase income. But if family members taunt someone because of low income, that person will feel bad. If someone does something taking a risk and incurs a loss, his/her family members blame him/her for being wrong.

In such a situation, it is natural that the person will feel low. If this situation is happening in a house then other members of that house should also keep this in mind. At the same time, the person feeling low should understand that these days, do not have too many expectations from anyone, whether it is a distant relative or a close one.
