You can easily make expensive cheese spread at home without spending money, learn the method from Chef Pankaj


To prepare a quick breakfast, people often prefer to eat cheese with bread. Cheese spread is the choice of most people. But it is not easy for everyone to buy expensive cheese spread in the market. It is not possible to spend so much every day. Apart from this, there is also a fear of adulteration in market products.

Now whether it is shortage of money or worry of adulteration…the solution to both the problems is to make cheese spread at home. For this, Chef Pankaj Bhadoria has given very easy tips. The best thing is that cheese spread can be made from the ingredients available at home. You will not even need to spend money.

Ingredients for Cheese Spread

  • 2 liters of milk
  • butter
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Fruit Salt

Take 2 liters of milk and put it in a vessel and heat it. Keep in mind that you have to keep stirring the milk with a spoon so that cream does not form. The milk has to be heated only to such an extent that when you put your finger in the milk, it can bear the hot temperature. That is, it has to be heated only up to 40 to 45 degrees.

Milk should never be curdled directly using lemon juice. First dilute the lemon juice in half a cup of water. Now if you add it to the milk, it will curdle easily. Now leave the curdled milk like this for 2 minutes. Then wash it thoroughly with water and separate the water by filtering it with the help of a cloth.

To prepare salted fruit, take it out in a vessel and add 2 tablespoons of water to it. Mix it until the fruit salt is well mixed in the water. All the foam should be removed from it.

Now put the cheese in a mixer jar and add fruit salt liquid, a little turmeric, half a cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter and mix it. Keep in mind that you have to mix it by stopping it in between and then grind it. This will make a smooth paste. Now to get the texture like the market, put this paste in a pan and cook it on the lowest flame of the gas. Your cheese spread will be ready in a few minutes.
