Last year Yami Gautam gave birth to a son. On returning to the shoot after delivery, Yami shared the photo in which he/she told that he/she had eaten the laddus of registration in the morning. The laddus of the registry are considered very beneficial for the new mothers and that is why after delivery, new mothers are fed by making laddus of registries.

These laddus are rich in dress elements, so after delivery, women are required to give strength and early recovery. This requirement can be met with the laddus of the registry. Here we are telling you how to make registries laddus and what are its benefits.

Wheat flour-1 cup (100 grams), dry coconut-½ cup (grated), jaggery khand-¾ cup, ghee-4 cups, glue-2 tablespoons, cashews-2 tablespoons (10-12), almonds- 2 tablespoons (15-20), melon seeds-2 tablespoons, green cardamom-5, celery powder-1 tsp, cumin powder-1 tsp, dry ginger powder-1 tsp, apricot-4-5, pistachio-1 tablespoon, waist Tight – 1 tablespoon.

Put half a ghee in a pan and heat it lightly. Break the glue into small pieces and fry it until light brown and swelling. Take out the fried glue in a plate. Now add almonds to the pan and fry it for one and a half minutes till it turns light brown and take it out in a plate. Fry cashews and pistachios for 1-1 minutes and remove it. Fry the apricot for 1 minute and remove it.

Pour the melon seeds into the pan and covered with the lid and fry till it becomes light brown. Take them out in a separate plate. Fry the waist for 1 minute. Keep it in a separate plate. Slow the gas. Add cumin powder, celery powder and dry ginger powder to the pan and fry lightly. Add grated coconut to it and cook a little bit. Take it out in a plate with melon seeds.

Add the remaining ghee to the pan. When the ghee melts, add wheat flour and fry it on medium flame till it becomes light brown and fragrant. Finely grind all the fried dry fruits, spices, gear and melon seeds in a mixer grinder. Remove the ground mixture in a large bowl and add jaggery khand, roasted spices, coconut and roasted wheat flour.

Add green cardamom powder and mix all the things well. Now start making their laddus. Feed a laddus daily to the new mother.
