Worldwide earnings of ‘Pushpa 2’ in two days will be a shock, the great record of ‘Dangal’ will be broken!

Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has brought a tsunami of earnings at the box office. It is still difficult to say where such a tsunami will end. The film was released on 5 December and made the record of the highest-grossing Indian film in the country and the world on its opening day. Now, despite Friday being a working day, it has not only earned bumper earnings. In fact, in two days it has even surpassed the lifetime earnings of ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ released in 2020. Within two days, ‘Pushpa 2’, made with a budget of Rs 500 crore, has joined the worldwide Rs 400 crore club. In such a situation, it seems that it can break the record of highest gross collection of Rs 2070.30 crore of Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’. ‘Pushpa 2’, made under the direction of Sukumar, has received praise from the audience and critics too. In such a situation, it is clear that this film will continue to earn strong earnings even after its four-day weekend. Another interesting thing happened the other day. While the Telugu version had the highest earnings on the opening day, now on the second day the Hindi version has gained tremendous momentum and has even overtaken the Telugu version in the collections.

‘Pushpa 2’ had earned Rs 275.20 crore worldwide on its first day on Thursday. According to sacnilk, on the second day on Friday, it has done a gross business of Rs 146.10 crore at the global box office. In this way, the total worldwide gross collection of the film in two days is now Rs 421.30 crore. Not only this, the film has also earned a gross of Rs 100 crore in foreign theaters in two days. Whereas in the country it has earned a gross of Rs 321.30 crore.

‘Pushpa 2’ crosses the lifetime earnings of ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ in just two days

‘Pushpa: The Rise’, released in the year 2020, had a lifetime net collection of Rs 267.55 crore in the country. Whereas worldwide it had a gross collection of Rs 350.10 crore. But ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has made a net collection of Rs 268.7 crore in the country and a gross of Rs 421.30 crore worldwide in just two days.

How much did ‘Pushpa 2’ earn on the second day?

On the second day on Friday, ‘Pushpa 2’ has made a net collection of Rs 93.80 crore in the country. The interesting thing is that it has earned the most in Hindi. While the Telugu version has a collection of Rs 28.60 crore on Friday, the Hindi version has a business of Rs 56.90 crore. Apart from this, the business of Tamil version was Rs 5.80 crore, Kannada was Rs 65 lakh and Malayalam was Rs 1.85 crore.

Hindi version beats Telugu version

If we calculate the complete earning of two days, here also the Hindi version has defeated Telugu by a huge margin. Whereas before the release, paid preview shows were also held in Telugu on Wednesday, which earned Rs 10.65 crore. Now adding paid previews and two days’ earnings, ‘Pushpa 2’ has earned Rs 119.55 crore from the Telugu version. Whereas the Hindi version has the highest net collection of Rs 127.20 crore. The third highest earning came from the Tamil version, which is Rs 13.50 crore. The Malayalam version has earned Rs 6.80 crore and the Kannada version has earned Rs 1.65 crore.
