Smallest Working House: A female employee working in HDFC Bank in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, died due to work pressure. This incident has come to light at a time when a few days ago, a young CA working in ‘Ernst & Young’ (EY) in Pune also died due to work pressure. Both these incidents have once again started a debate about working hours in India. At the same time, a discussion has also started about work life balance. In India, the working hours are 8 to 9 hours. In this way, people work 45 to 48 hours every week. However, in some companies, people have to work even after working hours.
