Women’s T20 World Cup schedule changed, know when India-Pakistan match will be held


New Delhi. After the venue of the Women’s T20 World Cup, now its schedule has also changed. ICC (International Cricket Council) has released the revised schedule of the Women’s T20 World Cup. According to this, the Indian women’s team will face Pakistan on October 6. ‘Reserve day’ has been kept for both the semi-final and final matches. The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will start from October 3. Earlier this tournament was to be held in Bangladesh.

There is an atmosphere of chaos in Bangladesh these days. Due to political instability and security reasons, the Women’s T20 World Cup will now be played in Dubai and Sharjah. A total of 23 matches will be played at these two venues. The groups of the tournament will remain the same. Defending champions Australia have been placed in Group A along with India, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Group B includes South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh and Scotland.

In the Women’s T20 World Cup, each team will play four group matches. The top two teams from each group will reach the semi-finals. The semi-final matches will be held on 17 and 18 October. After this, the final will be played in Dubai on 20 October. Before the tournament, 10 practice matches will be played from 28 September to 1 October.
