Women leadership strengthening BJP, place in every booth committee

New Delhi: BJP is preparing future women leadership by giving place to women workers in the committees of every booth in every state. BJP has formed booth committees in almost all the states and at least three women have been given place in every booth committee.
According to BJP leaders, when the Nari Shakti Vandan Act is implemented, women will get 33% reservation in the legislature and Parliament, till then the party is preparing women leadership. BJP MP and Madhya Pradesh BJP President V. D. Sharma said. That we are creating women leadership at the grassroots level. Each booth committee has 12 members along with a committee in-charge. It has been made mandatory to have at least three women in it. If there are not three women among the 12 members, then the number of members has been increased to 13 to increase the number of women in those booths to three. This work has been done at all the booths in Madhya Pradesh and similar efforts are being made to prepare women leadership across the country.

Recently, BJP launched membership and then active membership campaign across the country. The target was given to every state that at least 75% of the votes received by the party in the Lok Sabha elections in that state should become party members. V.D. Sharma said that in Madhya Pradesh we have crossed the figure of 75%. The party had got 2 crore 24 lakh votes in the Lok Sabha in Madhya Pradesh and we have created 1 crore 75 lakh party members in Madhya Pradesh.

National President till February!

BJP is expected to get a new national president in February. According to a BJP leader, the district level elections are yet to be completed after which the state level elections are to be completed by January 15. The process of choosing the national president will be started only after elections are held in more than 50% of the states. Delhi Assembly elections are also to be held in February, it is possible that after this BJP will get a new national president. The tenure of current BJP national president JP Nadda has already been completed but the party has given him/her an extension till the new president is elected. Now he/she is also a Union Minister.

Will the new president be close to the Sangh?

There are many speculations on who will be the new national president of BJP. New names are emerging every day. The names are being discussed according to manipulations of various equations. But BJP leaders are definitely saying one thing in informal conversations that whoever will be the president will be close to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. However, the discussions regarding who it will be are just speculations. During the Lok Sabha elections, there were discussions that all is not well between the Sangh and the BJP. Many statements of Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat also sent a similar message. In the review after the election results, the Sangh found that the party’s organization has weakened significantly in many states. After which it was decided that a new strategy would now be made to strengthen the organization.
