With the blessings of Ganpati Bappa, the empire of ‘women’ was created, these celebs told the miracles of Vighnaharta

Vighnaharta Ganpati Bappa is coming to remove all the obstacles of his/her devotees. Pandals have been decorated all around and Ganpati is about to visit his/her devotees. In such a Ganesha-filled atmosphere, we asked celebrities about the time when they received the idol of their beloved Bappa as a gift and their obstacles were removed. We got some interesting answers.

Ganpati is always present in my room: Ananya Pandey

About 5 years ago, when I started my career with ‘Student of the Year’, I brought a Ganpati for myself or rather say I gifted this idol to myself. Since then I always keep an idol of Ganpati in my room. I believe that my career has been moving forward only because of the blessings of Vighnaharta Ganpati Bappa. Anyway, Ganeshotsav is special for me. We bring Ganpati to our house. On this occasion, all my family and friends gather. Every year I whisper my wish in Bappa’s ear and Bappa definitely fulfills it. Apart from these, I also get a lot of peace in seeing Ganpati in other people’s houses.

How were Jaya Bachchan’s relations with her in-laws? Amar Singh had exposed the Bachchan family 8 years ago, it had created a sensation
Salman had trouble getting up from the sofa, after watching the video, fans were scared for the actor’s health and said- get well soon brother

Bappa removed all my obstacles: Shreyas Talpade

I remember that as an independent producer, we were going to launch my first film ‘Poster Boys’. I was very nervous. I have a friend K S Sanjay, he/she gave me a small idol of Bappa just 5 minutes before the launch. he/she said that keep Bappa with you, everything will be fine. I was very nervous at that time, but really Bappa removed all the obstacles. This film made in Marathi was a big hit. After that we made it in Hindi. It was also liked a lot in Hindi, so I believe that it is Bappa’s blessing that he/she removed all the obstacles in my production and gave me the courage to make the film. Being a Maharashtrian, people usually gift me Bappa. We ourselves bring Ganpati for one and a half days to our house.

For the first time in Mumbai, the bus dropped me at the Ganpati temple: Pankaj Tripathi

I would like to tell you an interesting incident related to Ganpati Bappa. When I came to Mumbai for the first time, my bus coincidentally dropped me near the Ganpati Ichchhapuri Mandir in Malad area. That very coincidence strengthened my faith. Since then, many people often gift Ganpati idols. Sometimes marble, sometimes wooden, sometimes stone, sometimes metal. I too have usually given Bappa idols to people. Right now, there is a Ganpati idol in front of my eyes, which I received as a gift from Mysore.

‘I cannot tell any one incident, but I can definitely say that whenever someone gives an idol of Bappa, a positive energy is definitely received. Even if you are in some trouble, you feel that God will take it away. It is a matter of your faith. This is the reason why we have been bringing Bappa to our home for the past several years. This year we are having a seven-day Ganpati festival at our home. My wife has brought yellow kurtas for everyone, which we are all going to wear on the day of Puja and immersion. This time we are celebrating it as a festival, so the bungalow has been cleaned and painted. The decoration of the lawn has also been set.

Ten years ago, when I had just come to Mumbai, I did not know anyone here. I felt very lonely. I did not even meet my neighbors for 3-4 months. Then came Ganeshotsav and I saw that I got an invitation from the neighborhood to visit Ganpati. After that Ganpati darshan, all the sadness in my mind went away. It was only after that that my connection with Ganpati became stronger. I also bring Ganpati to my home and the amazing thing is that my first Ganpati was made by Raj (Rajkummar Rao) with his/her own hands and given to me. This was before the Corona epidemic and after that I feel that all my obstacles went away one by one. I got many good roles. I worked on many projects, which are now coming out one by one. Raj gives me a Ganpati made by his/her own hands every year. This year he/she is shooting in Lucknow, but he/she has come to Mumbai for a day and has made a Ganpati and given it to me. I am very excited for Ganeshotsav.

Bappa’s blessings created the empire of my film ‘Stree’: Amar Kaushik

Dinesh Vijan (producer of ‘Stree’) gifted me a Ganesh idol, which is still kept in my house till date. If I say that after that the process of creating the empire of the film ‘Stree’ started, then it will not be wrong. I have also gifted Ganpati idols to many people. I have great faith in Ganpati Bappa and every year before the release of my film, I definitely visit Siddhivinayak temple with my producer. I find Ganeshotsav a festival with very positive energy. Whenever I get a chance, I definitely visit the pandals. When I had just come to Mumbai, I used to enjoy dancing in Ganeshotsav. I have danced on the streets, swayed in the pandals. The energy of this festival is something else.
