With a range of 750 Km, every move of China and Pakistan will fail, the deadly Arighat will enter the Indian Navy tomorrow

New Delhi: The Indian Navy will induct its second nuclear submarine INS Arighat on Thursday. This submarine is the second submarine of the INS Arihant class. The first submarine INS Arihant joined the Navy in 2009. This submarine will join the Navy in the presence of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, top national security and military officials.

INS Arighat will work in conjunction with INS Arihant. The Indian Navy is also going to induct a third submarine soon. Two more submarines will be ready by 2035-36. The Indian Navy has tested long-range nuclear missiles from both these submarines. INS Arighat is India’s indigenously built nuclear submarine, which is an important milestone in the maritime power of the Indian Navy.

INS Arighat Submarine is the second submarine of the Arihant class of the Indian Navy. Arihant is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘destroyer of the enemy’. The name reflects the strategic importance of the submarine. The name ‘Arihant’ was chosen from several options. The name was accepted at all levels. The name was chosen due to its precision in expressing subtlety and determination.

Like Arihant, Arighat will also be equipped with K-15 missiles with a range of 750 km. Arighat is an upgraded version of INS Arihant. Arighat is an important milestone in the maritime power of the Indian Navy. Arighat is capable of launching missile attacks under the sea in the same way as Arihant. K-15 has been successfully tested from Arihant. With this, India has become the sixth nuclear triad country in the world.
