Dry eye problems are common during winter. The main reason for this is dry air, which dries up the tear layer of the eyes. Due to this, problems like dryness, irritation, grittiness, blurriness, and watering of eyes can occur. All these symptoms are seen more during winter.
Solution:
Use artificial tears regularly to keep your eyes moist.
Use a humidifier, which maintains moisture in the air.
Avoid using computer or phone screen for long periods of time.
