The Congress party’s conference will start at 1 pm on August 24 at Allahabad Medical Association Convention Center in Prayagraj. In the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress party had told the voters that if the Modi government comes to power for the third time, it will abolish the Constitution. The party workers had campaigned vigorously that the Modi government has given the slogan of Abki Paar 400 Paar so that it can change the Constitution after getting a strong majority. The party campaigned among the voters of the reservation-encroached class that if the Modi government returns, reservation will be abolished.
