New Delhi: Two firefighters lost their lives during firing practice at the Artillery Center of the Military Camp in Nashik. These firefighters died due to the explosion of a shell fired from a field gun. Now political temperature has started rising on this issue. Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi Has reacted to the Nashik incident. he/she has posted on X regarding the martyrdom of two Agniveers. he/she has once again raised questions on Agniveer Yojana and asked some questions to the Central Government.

Rahul Gandhi again raised the issue of ‘Agniveer’

Rahul Gandhi said in a post on Twitter on Sunday, ‘The demise of two Agniveers – Gohil Vishwaraj Singh and Saifat Shit – during training in Nashik is a painful incident. My deepest condolences to their families. This incident once again raises serious questions on the Agniveer scheme, which the BJP government has failed to answer.

Rahul Gandhi has also raised some questions back to back in his/her post. Answers to these questions have been sought from the Centre. he/she asked, ‘Will the families of Gohil and Saifat get timely compensation, which would be equal to the martyrdom of any other soldier?’
