Why is there so much opposition regarding Kedarnath temple, even Shankaracharya is angry

New Delhi: The opposition to the Kedarnath temple being built in the capital Delhi is increasing. The priests associated with Kedarnath Dham were already angry about this temple. Now Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda of Jyotirmath has expressed his/her displeasure over the construction of Kedarnath temple in Delhi. Along with this, he/she also raised questions on the gold scam in Kedarnath.

Questions raised on construction of Kedarnath temple in Delhi

Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath Swami Avimukteshwaranand while talking to media asked that there has been a gold scam in Kedarnath, why is that issue not being raised? After the scam there, will Kedarnath be built in Delhi now? After that, there will be another scam. 228 kg of gold is missing from Kedarnath. No investigation has been started. Who is responsible for this? Now they are saying that they will build Kedarnath in Delhi, this cannot happen.

There is a lot of protest against this temple in Kedarghati

Amidst the protests in Kedarghati, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said on this controversy that necessary instructions have been given to the chairman of Badri Kedar Temple Committee. Along with this, he/she said that if a temple in the name of Kedarnath Baba is built at other places, it will not reduce the glory of the Dham. However, the faith of millions of devotees is associated with this temple, which cannot be ignored. Therefore, I have talked to the concerned people of BKTC and asked them to clarify the situation.

The ground breaking ceremony of the temple took place on July 10

Let us tell you that Kedarnath temple is being built on the lines of Shri Kedarnath temple in Burari, Delhi. Whose Bhoomi Pujan was done by Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami himself on 10th July. After the Bhoomi Pujan of the temple, Uttarakhand CM Dhami said that this temple will strengthen the faith of Baba’s devotees and Sanatan culture. Only after this, the people of Kedar Valley and the Panda community of Kedarnath are hurt and angry.
