In this post, he/she has mentioned the great festival of faith, Chhath. he/she has asked why women cannot visit Chhath?

Asked- Why is there no ritual for a woman to go to the ghat with a daura on her forehead?

In the caption of this post, he/she has expressed his/her entire heart. he/she has written in this post, ‘No Kavan Dev Kahariya, Daura Ghate Uchaay’
I don’t know how many years this traditional song of Chhath has been sung and whenever I hear this line of this song, the thought comes to my mind that the woman who performs each ritual of Chhath Puja (from Kharna to the end) with so much devotion and hard work. She observes a fast for three days… Why doesn’t the same woman have the ritual of going to the ghat with a daura on her forehead? Why only a god can become Kahariya, why can’t there be a goddess? Being a daughter, my wish is that in the changing environment, our society should consider whether Chhath cannot be celebrated in a house where there is no son? And this thought became stronger because I am also celebrating Chhath for the first time. Hail Chhathi Maiya.

People said- only the daughter will have to think on this

People have also expressed their views on this post of Akshara.
