Answering the question asked by Ranveer, he/she said that ‘It becomes very important to apply sunscreen. Our skin has two layers, epidermis on top and hypodermis at the bottom.

The basal cells, which are the lowest part of the epidermis, contain melanocytes which make melanin, so whenever you go in the sun, these melanosides become very active, they make melanin and its distribution also increases.

It is important to use sunscreen so that melanin does not increase in the skin. Doctor Aanchal also said that due to this there is more darkness. So avoiding tanning, avoiding dark spots, we can reduce all these effects if we use sunscreen. The more we avoid leaving the house, the better it will be for our skin.
