Bollywood actor Sonu Sood won the hearts of the audience by playing the role of villain Chedi Singh in the 2010 blockbuster movie ‘Dabangg’. he/she recently revealed that Salman Khan had offered him/her to play the role of Chhedi Singh’s brother in ‘Dabangg 2’. However, Sonu had rejected it. In ‘Dabangg’ directed by Abhinav Kashyap, it was hinted that Chhedi Singh’s brother will take revenge from Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan) in the next part. Now Sonu Sood has revealed this in an interview given to Humans of Bombay. he/she said, ‘Salman and Arbaaz are like my family. So he/she called me again to play the role of Chhedi Singh’s brother, but I told him/her that I am not feeling excited by playing this role. So how will I do it? he/she said okay, no problem.

Salman had invited to the premiere of ‘Dabangg 2’

Soni also told that Salman had invited him/her to the premiere of ‘Dabangg 2’ and despite not being a part of the sequel, he/she attended the program. Both ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Dabangg 2’ were big hits, but the third installment ‘Dabangg 3’ was weak at the box office.

Will be seen in ‘Fateh’

Talking about Sonu’s upcoming movie, he/she will be seen in ‘Fateh’. he/she has directed this film and is also a producer. This film is being released in theaters on 10 January 2025. Apart from Sonu, it stars Jacqueline Fernandes, Vijay Raaz and Naseeruddin Shah.
