Why did Mother Teresa never marry?

Mother Teresa, a name that brings to mind an image of Anies Gonxha Bojaxhiu dressed in a white sari with blue border, serving people. When people called Teresa, who had kindness in her heart and gentleness on her face, Mother, they could truly feel the feeling of motherly affection.

People often wondered why Anies, who had dedicated her life to humanity, never thought of getting married. The answer to this question can perhaps be found on the day when the youngest daughter of the Boyajiu family went to pray at the age of 12 and experienced her purpose for the first time. In 1931, she took her first religious vows and chose the Spanish name Teresa, inspired by the nun Therese of Lisieux.
