Why did Australian players enter Adelaide wearing black bands? Know the reason

Phil Hughes died 10 years ago
Australia’s rising star was Phil Hughes. In domestic cricket, Shaun Abbott’s fast bouncer hit his/her neck. On 24 November 2014, Hughes was hit on the neck by a bouncer from Sean Abbott during a home match in Sydney. he/she was wearing a helmet but he/she got badly injured when the ball hit his/her neck. he/she remained in coma in a hospital in Sydney for about 3 days and then died on 27 November 2014.

Former left-handed opener Phil Hughes played 26 Test matches for Australia. During this period he/she scored 1535 runs which included 3 centuries and 7 half-centuries. Hughes has 826 runs in his/her name in 25 One Day International matches. Haruj scored 2 centuries and 4 half-centuries in ODIs. Hughes’ best score in Test was 161 runs while his/her best innings was 138 not out in ODI.
