Who is the match referee whose report depends on the future of Greater Noida Stadium?

New Delhi. The test match between Afghanistan and New Zealand to be played in Greater Noida, India is being discussed everywhere. The match was to start on 9th September but it had to be cancelled due to the outfield being wet for the second consecutive day. After the poor arrangements, now questions have been raised about the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex hosting international matches. Now everything depends on the report of the match referee. The amazing thing is that the responsibility of making the report of this stadium of India is on an Indian.

Afghanistan Cricket Board is hosting the only Test match against New Zealand in India. For hosting this match, BCCI had put forward the options of Kanpur, Bangalore and Greater Noida. Afghanistan officials themselves had chosen Greater Noida for the match. Now after two days of the match were wasted, Afghanistan Cricket Board is blaming BCCI for it. After the match could not be played on the first day, officials had said in a statement that they will never come back to play here again.
