The logistics company DHL Express India Private Limited is the best company in the country to work in. Mumbai-based research institute ‘Great Places to Work’ has made a list of such companies in the country which are best in terms of work. It’s ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For – 2021′. DHL is at the top in this.
Mahindra & Mahindra Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors is at number two in this list. Intuit India has been ranked third, Aye Finance P Limited fourth and Synchrony International Services fifth. Similarly, Harrisons Malayalam Ltd got sixth, Salesforce seventh and Adobe Inc got eighth. Cisco Systems India Pvt Ltd is at number nine and Babareque-Nation Hospitality at number ten in this list.

How was the ranking given?
According to Great Places to Work, about 10,000 organizations from more than 60 countries are involved in its campaign to improve workplace culture. All the companies in the country that nominated themselves for ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For – 2021′ were assessed. Under this, these companies were tested on two parameters. In this, the first is the quality of the employees’ experiences and the second is the company’s people practices. The institute claims that it has followed a robust process to verify the data collected in the assessment process and based on that it has released the rankings.
